Instructions:

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook Chicken: Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the red bell pepper and snap peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and dried rosemary or thyme.
  2. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear Chicken: Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear for 5-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the butter and let it melt, stirring to combine.
