Garlic chicken is a flavorful and versatile dish. Here are three different garlic chicken recipes, each with its own unique cooking method:
1. Garlic Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Instructions:
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook Chicken: Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Season Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and dried rosemary or thyme.
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear Chicken: Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear for 5-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the butter and let it melt, stirring to combine.
